2. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 7 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
Provide accurate and current information during registration
Comply with local laws and regulations
Class schedules, teachers, subjects, lesson content, and other educational services may be changed when reasonably necessary.
We may change, reschedule, replace, or cancel a class due to circumstances including teacher availability, technical problems, public holidays, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide students or parents with prior notice of significant changes.
Access to the Platform is provided for educational purposes and is subject to the applicable subscription or package purchased.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connec
tivity, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the platform (videos, notes , materials, branding, etc.) is the intellectual property of ZigMatriks or its partners and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part without permission.
Students and users must not, without our written permission:
● Copy or reproduce our materials for commercial purposes
● Sell or redistribute our materials
● Upload our materials to other websites or platforms
● Share paid learning materials publicly
● Record and redistribute live classes
● Share class recordings with non-subscribers
● Modify and commercially distribute our materials
● Claim our educational content as their own
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and other students.
Users must not use the Platform to:
● Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse others
● Disrupt classes
● Share inappropriate or offensive material
● Impersonate another person
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
● Damage or interfere with the platform
● Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to take appropriate action where these rules are breached.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
For first-month subscribers, eligible refund requests must generally be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of the initial subscription/payment, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Refund requests must be submitted through the designated refund request channel provided by ZigMatriks.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Malaysian law.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of accounts or learning materials, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or misuse of the Platform.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.
Termination or suspension does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination.
Our Platform is intended to provide educational support and learning resources.
While we aim to provide accurate and useful educational content, we do not guarantee that participation in our classes or use of our materials will result in any particular examination result, grade, academic achievement, or outcome.
Student results may depend on various factors, including individual effort, attendance, preparation, study habits, examination conditions, and other circumstances.
We may collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services, manage student accounts, process payments, communicate with students or parents, and operate our Platform.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice/Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal data protection laws.
Our Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and other relevant information about our processing of personal data.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances.
Updated Terms will be published through the Platform or otherwise communicated to users where appropriate.
The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version.
